Join us for a delicious pork & sauerkraut meal!

We will be having our Annual Pork & Sauerkraut Dinner on New Year’s Day! It will be take-out or dine-in.
The meal includes pork, sauerkraut, green beans, mashed potatoes, applesauce, roll and cake. A beverage is included for those who dine-in. The cost is $12.00 per meal for adults, $8.00 per child (ages 6-12 years old), and free for children 5 years old and under.

On the day of the dinner you may pay with cash or a check (payable to UCC of Robesonia). You may also order and pay online in advance by clicking on this online giving link; scroll down until you see "Pork & Sauerkraut Dinner - Adult Ticket" or if ordering a child’s meal look for “Pork & Sauerkraut Dinner - Child Ticket”. Click on the “Get tickets” button, indicate how many tickets you would like to purchase, then proceed to the payment screen. Please print your receipt and bring it with you when you come to the dinner. All online orders must be reserved by 6:00pm Tuesday, December 31, to ensure the sufficient number of meals will be set aside for you. Meals will be served until 2:00pm or until we run out of food; we do recommend that you come early.

This fund-raiser helps us begin the New Year well by giving financial support to the many ministries and mission efforts of United Church of Christ of Robesonia. If you are not interested in pork and sauerkraut for New Years, but would still like to offer financial support on New Year’s Day, you may make an online contribution, or mail your contribution to “UCC of Robesonia, 301 West Penn Avenue, Robesonia, PA 19551”.

For those who are perhaps new to the area, pork and sauerkraut on New Year’s Day is a tradition for many/most Pennsylvania-German (Pennsylvania-Deustche) families. It is a delicious way to begin the new year. Komm onct and eat yourself full!
