Annual Congregational Meeting

Following the 10:15am worship service, we will be having our annual congregational meeting. The three items of business upon which the congregation will be asked to vote include:

(1) The “2025 Mission & Program of the Church” (i.e. the “2025 Budget”).
The Chair of the Budget Committee is the Consistory Vice President, Kirk Aulenbach.
The rest of the Budget Committee is comprised of one member from each of our five standing committees.
The Pastors, Treasurer, Financial Secretary, Head Deacon, and Consistory President are all ex-officio members.

(2) Election of the New Leadership for the upcoming 2025 year.
Our leadership terms are based on a calendar year.
Depending upon the position, terms are 1, 2, or 3 years long.
The Nominating Consists of: Wanda Moore (Chair); Kirk Aulenbach (Vice Chair);
Rev. Dr. Motz; Rev. Mest; Geri Gammel; Terry Pastor; and Georgianna Hildebrand.

(3) A new Call Agreement with the Rev. Mary Etta Mest for her to become our church’s sole pastor.
